Technique and development. The three sections making up this squad are:
C1
Swimmers will be working towards National Swim Award Level 9 and must have completed the requirements before moving into the next section.
C2
Swimmers will be working towards National Swim Award Level 10 and must have completed the requirements before moving into the next section.
C3
Swimmers will be working towards National Swim Award Level 11&12 and must have completed the requirements before moving into the B Squad.
