Within the next two weeks the club intends to bank a significant number of cheques relating to galas held in late 2011 (South Tyneside gala through to the Derwentside Christmas Cracker gala). 

The South Tyneside gala cheques will be cashed first, early next week.

We appreciate that some people may not be aware that their cheques have not been banked yet and may not have sufficient funds in their accounts to cover these cheques. If you have any concerns about this and want further information please approach your squad rep ASAP who will be able to tell you the value of cheques that will be cashed. There may be an opportunity to stagger banking these cheques in some instances. 

If you are unsure who your squad rep is please consult the relevant area of the Club's website where details and photos of the reps can be found.

The way in which swimmers enter and pay for galas has now changed. The new process will improve gala communication and how we deal with payments.  As a consequence, unbanked gala cheques will be a thing of the past.

NB - the above exercise does not include more recent galas that will be collected and cashed in a more timely manner.
