Who’s it for? This event is for Potential Groups 1 & 2 and selected swimmers from Performance Group 1. 

Swimmers must NOT have swam faster than the upper time limit and any swimmers entered on times above the upper time for their age and event will be excluded.

Please see your coach for recommended swims.

What’s the cost?
  • 800m and 1500m events are £10.00 each.
  • All other swims are £5.50 per event
When’s the closing date? Closing date was 7:00pm, Thursday 19th September 2019.

Gala Info WARM-UP / SESSION INFO

FRIDAY

  • mixed 17.15-17.50 there will be no marshalling
  • clubs will be responsible to get swimmers to start and behind blocks at 5 minutes before the start of their heat
  • Friday night session approx 2.5HOURS

SATURDAY AM 3.5 hours ALL other sessions approx 3 hours 

PARKING

There is limited parking at the pool, but lots of car parks within easy walking distance

  • Friday charge until 6pm
  • Saturday charge all day
  • Sunday free

Please Note
  • Swimmers must be, or have applied for registration with the A.S.A. and may only enter events in their own age group.
  • It is the responsibility of the swimmer/parent to notify the coach/poolside helper of any issues in advance of the sessions. This includes withdrawals and requests to attend after the official warm-up per session.
