Swimmers are requested to use the lockers for all non-essential items (£1.00 returnable) as space on poolside is limited. A No Outdoor Footwear Policy exists on poolside. We ask that you please inform your swimmers in advance of the gala so they can come prepared to comply with these requests as both will be enforced.
Entry times are Short Course (25m). Long Course (50m) times must be converted. The Swim Time Converter – provided by http://www.pullbuoy.co.uk/ is a useful tool and can be used to convert swimmers’ PB times from long course to short course and vice versa.
Swimmers must be, or have applied for registration with the A.S.A. and may only enter events in their own age group.

It is the responsibility of the swimmer/parent to notify the coach/poolside helper of any issues in advance of the sessions. This includes withdrawals and requests to attend after the official warm up per session.
